Invisible comment text is for building short comment-specific samples: a small separator, a one-character compatibility test, or visible comment text with a Unicode spacer. It is a pattern page for comment boxes, not a broad post, caption, or message guide.
Comment fields can apply moderation filters, spam scoring, length checks, and whitespace normalization. A character that works in a caption, post, or DM may fail in a public comment box.
Mobile apps and desktop browsers can also differ. Some comments preserve No-Break Space but remove zero-width characters; others reject invisible-only input completely.
Start from the homepage copy tool. Compare invisible text for comments, Instagram comment text, caption text, post text, and blank space.
Use invisible comment text for formatting and Unicode testing only. Avoid spam, flooding, harassment, evasion, misleading posts, or attempts to interfere with comment moderation.
